The community sits right next to the Gateway Trailhead of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, so hiking and mountain biking trails are a short walk away. Inside the gates, residents share a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, a resort-style pool, a lap pool, a kids' pool, spas, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a teen pavilion, playgrounds, and walking trails.
Windgate Ranch is in the Scottsdale Unified School District, served by Copper Ridge Elementary and Middle School and Chaparral High School. Notre Dame Preparatory is also less than a mile away. Everyday conveniences are close by too: the shops and dining at DC Ranch are a few minutes away, and the Loop 101 is an easy drive.
